The semifinal picture is now complete at the Vanda Pharmaceuticals Athens Open WTA 250, with Maria Sakkari keeping Greek hopes alive and setting up a blockbuster final-four stage at Stadion Sports Center.

The Vanda Pharmaceuticals Athens Open WTA 250 has reached the semifinal stage following the conclusion of Day 7 at Stadium Sports Center, where the tournament will run through Sunday, July 19.

Home favorite Maria Sakkari will ensure there is Greek representation in the final four after securing her place in the semifinals. The No. 4 seed will once again look to count on the passionate support of the home crowd as she bids for a place in Sunday's championship match.

Joining Sakkari in the semifinals are Barbora Krejcikova, Clara Tauson, and Alina Korneeva. Krejcikova and Tauson will face each other for the first spot in the final, while Sakkari will take on Korneeva in the other semifinal.

In the doubles draw, Hao-Ching Chan / Miyu Kato advanced to the final, while Maia Lumsden / Qianhui Tang secured their place in the semifinals.
