This site is operated by the organiser of the Athens Open WTA 250. Our address and contact information are in the footer.

Permitted use
You may browse the site, read the content, and make bookings for the purposes for which the site is provided. You may not scrape the site, attempt to access non-public areas, or use the site to send unsolicited communications to other users.
Tournament data (schedule, scores, draw) is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial reuse requires written permission and is typically licensed via WTA or the official data partner.

Tickets and bookings
Ticket and hospitality bookings are governed by the dedicated Ticket Terms & Conditions, which form part of these terms. Refund and exchange policies are set out there.
We reserve the right to refuse entry on safety, security, or accreditation grounds. Refund procedures in those cases are set out in the Ticket T&Cs.

Intellectual property
All site content — text, images, logos, layout — is owned by or licensed to the Athens Open organiser. Player names, scores, and statistics are reported under the conventions of sports journalism and remain the moral property of the players and the WTA.
You may quote short text excerpts with attribution. Reproducing photos, embedding live data, or using the Athens Open identity for commercial purposes requires a licence.

Limits on liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Where the law allows, our liability for losses arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
